The Global Center for Religious Research (GCRR) is looking for qualified scholars with a doctorate in a field related to religious studies (for example, anthropology, sociology, psychology, etc.) to join the Academic Society's Board of Directors. Each Board member is a full-partner within the GCRR organization and has administrative voting power in the direction and guidance of our academic institution.
Responsibilities of Board Members
Attend quarterly Board meetings via Zoom video chat
Promote GCRR publications, services, conferences, and memberships
Help organize global research projects in your field of study by heading up small teams of graduate students or post-doctoral professionals from around the world to conduct and then publish (either in book or journal article format) unique religious research.
All interested parties need to be members of the GCRR Academic Society at the time of appointment. Priority consideration will be given to current GCRR members.
