Σχετικά με την εκδήλωση
The GCRR Conference exists to promote the academic study of religion and the scholars conducting that research from around the world. Because GCRR makes unique, scholarly contributions to both religious and ministerial practices, we are excited to join forces with the New Story Festival, an innovative and holistic event promoting creativity, community, and the common good.
This three-day academic conference will feature scholarly presentations centered on the theme of international peace-building from professional researchers, educators, and students of religion, as well as a keynote address by GCRR President and author, Dr. Darren M. Slade.
Paper proposals are encouraged, click here to submit. Presenters will be able to feature and promote their own publications, and network with like-minded scholars. Once your proposal is accepted, you’ll need to ensure your GCRR membership profile is up to date so we can promote your research and upcoming presentation in press releases.
The GCRR Conference will run concurrently with the second-annual New Story Festival. Your ticket purchase gives you access to both the conference and the numerous workshops, speakers, conversations, art, music, and fun happening at the New Story Festival!
